We have been thrilled with Tri State from the very first day of working with you when we shared our dream of what we wanted our new school wing to look and feel like to today when our dream has been actualized! At every step, your management has listened carefully to what we had to say, provided options for how to achieve what we had in mind, made informed suggestions, and delivered!
When our construction was delayed because of the virus, Tri State stored our school furniture for us. When we were finally able to take delivery, your team of experts showed up, on time, and made the magic happen in each classroom and office. We must mention, too, the quality of the products exceeded our expectations!
The Bradley Center, as you know well, is a non-profit, an organization that cares for and educates children who have experienced trauma and mental and behavior health challenges. Some have intellectual disabilities as well. Thus, the equipment and furnishings of how we care for the needs of children is critical to their education and healing. We are just so pleased to have these tools to support their recovery and help them build lives of possibility.
So, these are not just tables and chairs and desks you have provided. No, because of your careful and thoughtful design, our teachers are now armed with the equipment they need to change the trajectory of the lives of these children. You may never meet the children who attend The Bradley School, but please know that you have made a difference in their lives.

Our customer service rep, Julia, at the McKees Rocks location was very helpful in choosing an office chair and small file cabinet. Julia’s enthusiasm for and knowledge of Tri-State’s enormous product line made our selection process stress free. In our search, we went through the huge warehouse and commented that it was the most organized we had ever seen. Everything stacked and displayed with care. Clearly, the warehouse manager/employees take pride in their work as does Julia. Highly recommended. Prices couldn’t be beat!

Our experience with Tri-State was first-rate from start to finish. They offered higher quality new and used furniture at better prices than other places we checked. Plus, their service was excellent, from the office staff to our salesman, Bill, who visited our office and came up with a layout for our new furniture that would maximize our space and optimize our workflow. We went to the showroom and Bill walked us through several options. He gave good recommendations and showed and explained the price differences and advantages of different styles, which really helped us make informed decisions. The furniture was delivered as scheduled, even on one of the worst weather days in winter. The guys who delivered and set up the furniture, Tim and Steve, were very friendly and professional. They took great care not to damage anything or disrupt business more than necessary. They were very quick and efficient. Also, when we spotted some scuffs and scratches on the corners of one of the pieces, Steve buffed them out for us. They moved some existing pieces of furniture to different places in the office for us, and also were kind enough to hang a white board that none of us had the tools to do! Ours is a small company and we hope to keep growing. As we do, we’ll keep going back to Tri-State for our office furniture!

Hi Ed, I am just sitting here thinking about the week’s events, and your guys…and I really feel the need to provide some feedback.
I can’t say enough about Ben…he hustled (really hard) and got the job done in record time. He directed his crew very well, and it was very apparent that they respected him. They worked hard, and one of them even said that ‘everything he learned, he learned from Ben’, and that he was the best. That’s huge, in my mind, for one of his crew to say that about him.
Ben was extremely professional, and kept me informed throughout the day – every day. He alerted me when they were going to lunch, when they were going to unload a truck, etc. He even called me one morning because he was stuck in traffic and was going to be a few minutes late.
So, I think he and his crew deserves kudos from me/SMC. Thank you very much for sending us the best crew (I believe) for the project.
Have a wonderful 4th of July holiday. And if Ben and his crew are still there…send them home early. They deserve it!

In late 2012, we decided to embark on a major office renovation that would involve demolition of all closed disjointed spaces to create an open concept office environment for a professional services firm. I want to drop in a short note about the customer service with your company! Through the Holiday Season it seems that you only hear about the poor customer service, the rude employees or the lack there of. However, in your case I want to commend you all on the excellence every one of you seem to have within your company.
First off, you were absolutely amazing when we came into the warehouse to pick out furniture for our new office building in Washington, PA. Even with my boss’s deep, southern twang, you knew just want he wanted and went straight towards his ideas. Second off, I really felt it necessary to share how pleased I was with the 3 delivery guys this past week. They talked me through everything and made sure my opinions were known before setting anything up.

The two guys who delivered the new file cabinets and removed our old files and furniture were wonderful. To move anything in this building is such a project – a very difficult job with the stairways.
